The perfect holiday day begins with a nutritious breakfast. From 7:30 am to 9:30 am we serve you a rustic gourmet breakfast in our cosy breakfast room for a fresh start to the day.
Various types of bread, cold cuts, homemade cakes and muesli are served, as well as freshly prepared, steaming hot coffee and tea specialities. The breakfast room is cosily furnished in Tyrolean style and is the perfect place for a relaxing morning bite. Enjoy an extended breakfast and take the opportunity to chat with your fellow guests at the table. Our team members will make sure that you feel completely at ease.


 

Colfosco is considered one of the best resorts for skiers and winter sports enthusiasts of all disciplines. From your holiday resort, you have direct access to the Sella Ronda, the legendary ski circuit in the Dolomites, which is part of the Dolomiti Superski ski association. A winter sports paradise lies at your feet, promising adventure for all ages, tastes and abilities. Discover racy downhill runs or go on unique cross-country skiing tours. Snowshoe hikes are just as much fun here as tobogganing. Experience winter at its best.
At the PIZ Alpin B&B, there is a ski boot drying room where you can store your equipment safely and conveniently.

 

Spend wonderful summer days in the clear mountain air of the sun-drenched Dolomites. Set off directly from the PIZ Alpin B&B on an extended hike or an adventurous tour on a fatbike. Whether on an e-bike or a conventional model - mountain bikes are also the best way to get around in the region. If you like climbing, you will find several via ferratas near our establishment, which lead to uniquely beautiful views and promise a technical challenge. Discover Sassongher, the Sella Group, Pisciadù, Ciampac and many other mountains in your own way and leave everyday life behind in the vastness of the mountains.
 

PRICES:
Prices are considered by day and person for a minimum stay of 3 days. Prices include: V.A.T., breakfast buffet from 7.30 am till 9.30 am, WLAN in the whole houses, ski deposit with ski shoe dryer, bikes deposit.
Prices will attract a tourist tax of 2,30 € per person (from 14 years) per day, payable on departure.
We reserve the right to adjust our prices to compensate for any increases in VAT or inflation as well as increases in raw materials.

DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN AS ADDITIONAL BED:
Discounts for children in their parents’ room or suite (in an additional bed) with 2 full-paying adults:
up to 2 years free, from 2 to 7 years 50% discount, 7 years and older 20% discount during the winter and 30 % during the summer.

CANCELLATIONS:
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
For reservations cancelled up to 31 days prior to the date of arrival, nothing will be charged.
For cancellations from 30 to 11 days prior to arrival, we will keep the deposit as cancellation fee, while 80% of the booked arrangement will be charged for cancellations from 10 days prior to arrival.
In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
These conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms will be completely or partially resold again. In order to avoid cancellation fees, we suggest to make a travel insurance.
Communication according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005).

DEPOSIT FOR THE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION:
A booking is guaranteed by payment of a deposit, which amount will be communicated by the reservation. The deposit can be sent as follows:
via bank transfer to the following address: Cassa Raiffeisen Val Badia-Fil. Colfosco/BZ - IBAN: IT 29 R 08010 58341 000301000799 SWIFT-BIC: RZSBIT21108. directly by credit card or direct online.
With the payment of the holding deposit, the general terms and conditions, and in particular, the terms of cancellation are considered to be understood and legally wholly accepted.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Check-in: from 3.00 pm until 9 pm. We kindly ask you to leave the rooms at latest by 10.00 am.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE IN WINTER:
During the main season, stays are only made on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday. In any case, do not hesitate to request a personalized offer, in which, where possible, we could take into account your particular needs.

PAYMNET OF THE BILL AND PAYMENT METHODS:
Your account can be settled between 7.30 am and 9.00 pm. We accept cash, Visa, Euro/MasterCard.

VALUABLES:
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of clients’ valuables. In each room you will find a safe, which can be locked with personal code.

ANIMALS:
We are sorry but for allergy-reasons pets are not allowed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

SMOKING:
We inform our guests that smoking is prohibited in the entire structure.

EXTERNAL GUESTS:
Access to the rooms is not allowed to people who are not living in our Piz Alpin B&B.
